hello,

That is great and all but if the camera is not stationary, the effect moves when the camera moves.

How does one add an overlay to a video and have it locked to the scene versus the lens so if the camera moves, the overlay stays put relative to the location in the scene?

I am not committed to filmora but more looking for what this terminology would be called and what video editing applications allow this sort of thing simply.
I would love an editor like filmora that comes with all these overlays pre made so you can insert them in your movies but of course also has the ability to lock them to the scene.

Please help.
Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
